1. International Presidents Programme "MOVE TO GROW" is to be popularized and implemented in true spirit.
2. To implement Goals & Programme of MDCCI (Multiple District Coordination Committee of India.
3. To implement the goals & programme of Multiple District 322.
4. To popularized the District Slogan "CELEBRATE SERVICE".
ADMINSTRATIVE GOAL
Membership Programme
· To achieve net membership growth - 250 Nos.
· Women membership growth - 50 Nos.
· To ensure minimum membership of 20 members in a club having less than 20 members.
· To motivate and involve new members in club activities.
· MJF membership - 10 Nos.
EXTENSION PROGRAMME
· Lions Club -10 Nos.
· Lioness Club - 5 Nos.
· Leo Club - 5 Nos.
· Reviving Status quo Clubs/ Activating weak & Non-Functioning Clubs.
RETENTION PROGRAMME · Emphasis on zero droppage & 100 % retention.
LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME · To organize district level seminar & training programmes for PST and Cabinet members.
· To organize district level residential leadership institute.
· To organize regional level PST schooling /training and MERL seminar.
ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR THE NEW MEMBERS AT ZONAL LEVEL. 1. All clubs to complete elections and despatch PU-101 to International/District by 15th May.
2. Clubs should be in good standing by clearing district multiple and international dues 15th August (1st half) and 15th February (2nd half)
3. All clubs should have sent WMMR on last day of the current month.
4. Inter-club meetings to be encouraged.
5. Clubs must have a measure fund raising programme.
6. District Officials, Club officials, members should visit of the neighboring district club functions /activities and invite them to attempt their programme to achieve growth in socially understanding.
7. Zone chairperson must organize 4 District Governor's advisory committee meeting and 1 zonal get together.
8. Region Chairperson should organize Regional meeting and PST MERLO Seminar.
9. Seminars on Environment, Women Symposium and awareness programme on road safety.
IMAGE BUILDING To work towards building a positive Lions image in community through –
a) High profile publicity to community project of mass benefit.
b) To build strong relation with print and electronic media and government agencies.
