Evaluation of Activity Awards will be made on the basis of their reflection in the Monthly Activity Reports, the reports of ZC, RC, DC and the observation of Districts Governor during his official visit. Photograph of the activities with detailed report should be sent with MMR for better acceptance. Presence of ZC, RC, DC during the service activities should be reported. VDG’s opinion also will be taken before finalization.

Group A – Club with 41 and above Members.
Group B – Club with 20 and above but below 41 Members.
