WMMR should reach last date of the month.

International, District and Multiple dues should reach in time. 1st half by 15Ih September and 2nd half by 15th February.

Monthly account should reach the district in time.

Installation of Club office bearers by 25th July 2009.

Submission PU 101 form by 31st May 2009.

One board & one regular meeting every month.

District Governors official visit by 31st March.

Attending all training programmes/seminars at district, zone & regional level.

Attending district installation, conference and golden jublee celebration.

To hold 4 district governors Zonal Advisory Committee Meeting.(Quarterly)

To attend bi-monthly meeting with Region Chairperson.

To ensure membership growth in each club and ensure no club should below 20 members in the zone

Minimum one club extension in the zone.

To ensure payment of district, multiple and international dues by clubs in time.

To ensure submission of WMR report in time.

To ensure submission of monthly accounts.

To attend MERLO seminar regional get together, cabinet meetings, district cabinet installation and district conference and training programme for the cabinet members.

His plan and programme in the beginning should be constantly monitored and completed before the end of the Lionistic year.

Awards :- There will be one best and five outstanding awards for the District Chairpersons.
