:

Open to all Clubs. One entry per District. DG should submit two copies of the same issue of its single best club bulletin.

Best District Bulletin Contest

:

Open to all District. DG should submit two copies of the same issue of its single best club bulletin.

06.

Best performance in Quest

:

Open to all Districts. DG must submit the data of TTW’s held ,teachers trained ,books purchased ,total schools covered ,new schools covered and children benefited.

07.

Best Club Website Contest

:

Open to all clubs. Site must be regularly updated from September 09 onwards. DG should submit the URL of the two best Club websites to the Committee Chairperson-Information Technology in the month of September 09 itself.

Best District Website

:

Must be regularly updated. Will be monitored regularly by Multiple officers. DG must submit URL of their site by September 09.

Best Blood related activity contest

:

Open to all Clubs. Recommendation by DG giving the details must be accompanied by action photographs and press clippings

10.

Best Diabetic Awarness & check up programme

:

Open to all Clubs. Will be recommended by respective DG. One entry per District will be accepted.

Best Water Project Contest

:

Open to all Clubs. Recommendations by DG giving the details must be accompanied by action photographs and press clippings

Best in IOL surgery

:

Open to all Clubs. Will be judged on basis of No. of IOL surgeries exceeded last year. Recommendations by DG giving the details.

New ideas for service contest

:

Open to all Clubs. Recommendations by DG giving the project details must be accompanied by action photographs and press clippings

14.

PR idea contest

:

Open to all Clubs. Idea must represent viable PR activity. DG should indicate the nature of the programme, number of persons reached, extent of impact, total outlay and supporting documents

Districts must send their, winning entry to concerned Multiple Chairman before 15th October, 2009

Best Leo Club of the Multiple

:

DG should submit the recommendations in writing giving the details of the activities of the Club

:

Open to all Clubs. DG must submit the recommendations in writing giving the details of Club’s Leo Programme, Youth exchange, Youth camp, Peace Poster Contest, Lions Quest and other related activities

19.

Highest membership growth Award

:

Open to all clubs

All the above awards will be given during the Multiple Convention

The last date for submission of entries is 20^th March, 2010

iii.

The performance will be judged by a panel of judges consisting of Past Directors of Multiple, Executive body of Multiple Council and concerned Committee Chairpersons
